Thank you to the people of #AD15 for trusting me with your votes tonight! I’m so proud of the campaign we have run – 160 house parties, 30,000+ doors knocked, countless phone calls and over 500 volunteers who believe that we can create an equitable social safety net that allow every access to good public schools, affordable housing, better public transportation, and clean air and water. I’m so proud of the organizing work we’ve done together. This isn’t just about me – it’s about “we.” It’s not about tonight – it’s about what we can do in the future to serve the communities of the East Bay and establish California as a beacon of progressive governance. Final weekend before Election Day, and #TeamBuffy has been running full tilt towards the finish line! We had a Saturday and Sunday filled with house parties, farmers markets, street fairs, and good ole’ canvassing & phone banking voters. Thanks to everyone who joined us!
