House Party: Ann O’Leary (assistant Paulyne)
Had a great night at my friend Ann’s house in Oakland! Thank you Anna for the delicious food, great tunes (she played The Beatles!) and a great conversation on higher education funding and Prop 13 reform.
House Party: Nicole Derse
Spent the evening with my dear friend Nicole and her lovely neighbors! As usual, the topic of affordability in the Bay Area was a big part of tonight’s discussion. Thank you to everyone who came out and shared their experiences!
House Party: Alpha Phi
Loved meeting college students at Cal’s Alphi Phi House! We had an exciting discussion on the national political climate and how to stay engaged in the local community.
House Party: Kate Lydon
Who doesn’t love brunch with a little politics on the side?!? I really enjoyed speaking to fellow parents about protecting California’s environment for future generations while we snacked on Kate’s amazing breakfast spread.
House Party: Virginia Hamilton
Had the a blast connecting with my neighbors in Rockridge for an engaging discussion on funding k-12 public education and fighting for better opportunities for all California children.
House Party: Maria Micale
One of our biggest house parties to date! Maria graciously invited my campaign to Kensington where she knocked on over 100 doors in her neighborhood to invite folks to the house party. The big group made for a lively discussion on Prop 13 reform and how to increase funding for state programs.
House Party: Kat Bennett
I met Kat at Ada and Ben’s house party in El Cerrito and I was so excited to see her again at her home in Richmond. Like many people in the Bay Area, Kat and her friends are very concerned about high cost of living and had tough questions on how California’s legislature can make an impact on the housing crisis.
House Party: Liz Ruhland
I am so grateful to our hosts, Liz and John, for gathering members of their community for an intimate and informative discussion on disability rights and how the state assembly can shape California’s disability public policy.
House Party: Andrew at the Golden Squirrel
Football Sunday with the campaign! Love hanging at this family-friendly gastro pub — walking distance from my home!
House Party: Tracy Hollander and Noah Lebowitz
No better way to spend a sunny day in Berkeley than in Tracy and Noah’s back garden, meeting new people! Thank you to our energetic hosts and all of the guests who came out to learn more about my race for AD15.
