We’ve got work to do, so I’m endorsing Buffy

After last November, our work in the California State Legislature changed. In addition to pursuing policies to address California’s ongoing challenges, we’ve spent a lot of time crafting many bills to defend our state from Trump. The stakes have never been higher, and that’s why I’m endorsing Buffy Wicks to join me in the State Assembly. 

She’ll think big, work hard, and get things done.

We’re pursuing smart, progressive policy in Sacramento that will create positive change for California and set an example for the rest of the country. District 15’s next Assemblymember must help lead that effort, and I hope Buffy becomes that Assemblymember.

Much remains to be done here in California and for the country as a whole. We need to continue electing progressive fighters, like Buffy, to move us forward.
